If you purchased the mega-private forums that applies to the forums only. With this premium feature you can have up to 9999 private forums that are not viewable to anyone but members. As for the member lists....nothing can be done about that.

As for refunds I don't know. You'll have to wait for Mark to answer that one.

I'm not sure why it would be considered ridiculous, since most forums on the web don't provide private member lists and private profiles.

However, since we are the best free forum host on the planet, these are now features that we provide with the mega-private option.

Moving thread to Premium Support forum...
