How can I fix my board

I can't set a chat room or change my styles or nothing. I had a friend help me from another internet server and I can't set my board the way I want it.What Can I do?????Please help me.

I have had my board for sometime now and having problems with my back ground styles and my chat box. My links sites to other boards are just showing blanks with red X's on them what can I do??
