Portal Homepage Sizing Problem

For some reason my Portal Homepage now has a scroll bar along the bottom that slides left to right in order to view the entire page. Everything was fine until last week when some were getting the connection error and when it came back online it started happening.

All of the other pages work fine and do not have this scroll bar.

What is the cause and who do I fix it?

You might find that's due to the excessively long url provided in this thread:

When this hyperlink is fed through to the portal it won't wrap. Best thing to do in future, if you have a long url to give out you should tag it with the [url] BBCode and just provide a Click Here link instead.
