I am actually asking this for a friend who cant get on a computer soon but he is the primary admin of his site and cant get sent the passwrod becuse its disabled. when he tries to go to forgot password it just shows this

Looks like someone has disabled the board. I am not certain of the protocol involved with providing access to anyone who is not the original Admin. Will have to check into this a bit further.

The login and password reset options are not disabled...

I try using the password recovery feature and It just brings me back to the disabled screen when i click on forgot password
