Unless you have a matter related to a TOS violation or general security issue, please use the public forums to make all support requests. We have many astute phpBB admins who may be able to answer your question before I would be able to get to it, anyway. Posting in the forum also helps us keep track of what support posts have been addressed. Support requests posted via PM may be ignored for these reasons. Thanks for your understanding.
