Here is a link to some good FAQs from phpBB, it covers such topics as:
- According to viewonline a user is doing/reading something they should not be able to!
- I selected X for my timezone but the time is not correct!
- I cannot search for certain words!
- How come I cannot set "Vote" to ALL?
There may be other relevant topics of interest as well, although many deal with installation headaches and issues that ForumWise admins don't have to worry about!
