2 of my members on my forum are getting booted when they come on. they come on the forum then it reboots their internet! please tell me how to fix it!

Please can you give a more detailed description of the error, what pages or actions this takes place and any error message that might be displayed.

they said that when they log in so they are on the homepage and then click forum to go to the forum it then just reboots the modem. no error message or anything is displayed.

Are they both using the same modem by any chance? Wink

Sounds like a computer and/or browser bug to me.

no they are 2 seperate members but i havent heard of anyone else having the problem. any idea on how they can fix it? and why would it only happen when they come on our forum as it doesnt do it on any other forum or webpage?

Please find out what browser they both use and we will see if the problem is replicated at our end.

one of them uses internet explorer as said shes having the same problem with myspace and facebook too. just waiting to here from the other lady.

This is a tough one.

I took a look and the only thing I saw that could be causing some possible issue is some fancy javascript stuff that the Morpheus templates are doing. If the problem continues, you could try changing the default template to Aqua or something else for a week and see if that allows for any improvement with the connection problems.

well the 2 members havent said anything more to me but they both made a post during the week so im gathering that its working again. thanks for your help!
