with due respect to admin, can you installs a shop mod to my forum since i don't have sql to install it manually

We don't install mods for individual forums. The software we use has been highly customized to meet our needs and because of this most hacks have to be re-written so they can work with our software.

since there are no html page/place to edit or add the shop mod to the forum

so what's the purpose of Cash? if there are no things to spend the cash?

Use your imagination for uses for the cash option. "Search" the forums here. I know there's a post here somewhere I made suggestions as to what use the "cash" option for.
