New options in Shoutbox Config for optional overriding of post box colors. This allows admins to force a more readable back/font color combination if their choosen style doesn't provide a readable integrated set of colors.

Option to disable the File Upload Feature in General Config:

Activate or deactivate the upload panel on the post/reply page

Option to hide user's post counts in threads added. See General Config in admin panel for toggle.

Some minor updates to the subforums feature in the admin panel. Can now step by 1 or 10 so that it takes less clicks. Also added proper subforum ordering and indention.

General Admin -> Shoutbox Config -> Global Custom Colors

The text and background colors of the ShoutBox message list can now be customized using the Global Custom Colors option.
